• Professional evaluation (if any)
• Certificates (if any)
• Purity, cut and colors (where applicable)
• Packaging and shipping (boxes, containers, loose bulk etc.)
• Shipping costs (CIF, FOB, FAS etc.)
• Additional services offered or required
• Visits and inspections allowed
• Asking price
• Payment terms
