If you are a real buyer:- When we answer your initial inquiry and you decide you want to buy, be sure to send us your LOI or ICPO. Put any questions or concerns you have in your draft. The seller will answer you directly. Don't waste your time and ours through redundancy. If you are serious about buying then prove it by providing either of these documents. If you aren't willing to do that, please don't bother contacting us.
If you are a real seller:
Provide us with the following terms for each product below.
Products wanted by our buyers include:

If you have these items for sale we need the following from you: For ships:
- Details, title owner and specifications of each ship
- Exterior photos of each ship
- The lightweight of each ship
- The asking price of each ship
- The working condition of each ship
- The location of each ship
- Visit of the vessel allowed
For industrial plants:
- Is the title to the plant free and clear?
- Where is the plant located?
- Is the land the plant is sitting on included in the sale of the plant?
- Has the plant been evaluated by a demolition team?
- If so, how much steel tonnage will it yield?
- What is the asking price of the plant?
- Plant visits allowed
For HMS 1 & 2 and Shredded scrap we need the following terms:- FOB and/or CIF price
- Maximum quantity supplied per month
- Specify Bulk or Containerized
- Yard visits must be allowed
- What are your payment terms?
- No deposits will be entertained by our buyers
- The scrap must be certified clean of any hazardous waste
